Start early, 6:00, to park, past many high rises apts. then to the out door markets and indoor. Now coffee!

Lunch at Mai’s, Hoan’s aunt, then lazy afternoon. Tonight dinner on the boat to see city lights. First scooter ride!

No voice, doesn’t matter. Mai, Hoan’s aunt is great! She has some english, I have hello sort of. Tomorrow she will come get me early so we can walk to park. See where Hoan’s entrepreneurial skill comes from!

She has been amazing

After about 36 house we have arrived at our destination and are having lunch with Hoan’s aunt and uncles. Long trip stole my voice. Still a little jet lagged, will ease into the daily heat and lots of fans running.

We have spent many hours today in the airport but hope to fly away to Ho Chi Mien City shortly and spend the night in a bed! N

We spent most of the day yesterday 4/4 at PDX and finally went home to sleep in our own beds and try again. So here we are flying United to San Francisco, then on to Singapore for long layover and then our final destination. Liz, Michael and Jenn have been fabulous hauling us and luggage…
